He might not be playing against good teams.

Size and weight are a big thing. How fast is he?  How much untapped potential does he have? Is his body already maxed out? Poor Competition.  My best friend ran for 2100 yards and 34 touchdowns his senior year and didn't even get a sniff from a college.
