Men on base are his downfall........does OK for a while when he starts with a clean inning but soon as he gets a couple guys on base, CBT might as well go out and get him... He needs that to develop some late season confidence after the league season he's had so far. Good to see. But the damage is done. UF hangs a 6 spot, leads 6-3 after 4. You can actually see it in his face. He will mature, get tired of looking bad, and have an epiphany if he wants to continue in baseball. Wright takes a ball on any other count that would be called a ball, but its called a strike. Leads to him swinging at a ball in the same spot for strike 2, and then lines out to LF. Once Mitchell was done, there is nobody CBT could really count on ...JMO but a bad call to send in DD with bases loaded......Coker might have been a better selection at that point....By the time Coker got in the game, the damage was done.....meanwhile it seems like our offense was done for the day after that first inning..
