eagle76 1
I don't know much about how winning pitchers are established and how saves are awarded, but how do you earn a "save" when you come in with a 5 run lead, allow no runs, and end up winning by 11?? Like I said, I don't know or understant how these work.

If he pitches for at least 3 innings to close the game, it doesnt matter how close the game is when he enters. heres a couple links with the criteria http://espn.go.com/mlb/s/1999/0908/46403.html http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Save_(sport)
AUdmd07 2
Purdue's third baseman is fat and slow. Just thought I'd get that in. Looked like another dominating performance by the Tigers. Hopefully we'll get the sweep tomorrow.
Ranger12 46
Just now got settled down after a busy day today. Glad to say we put up some good offensive numbers today. We need this sweep leading into SEC play.
