Definitely a foul at the end but I have to wonder if the flop call earlier in the half might have influenced the ref. Looks like he's standing there watching this and yet no whistle.

Which is BS. Go back and look, Green clearly lands on the foot of the defender so he goes down rather than roll an ankle. Never should have been a flop call. Poor officiating again. You would think they look at a few calls during the halftime break to verify how they did first half, but I doubt they are intelligent enough for introspective reflection.

  2. Man, there are a lot of new and old QBs still in the portal. Maybe it was good to wait?  The TCU guys is small, but looks pretty solid.  And Huard from Washington, do we have a shot at him?  Quick list of guys still in the portal below

    Sam Huard/Washington - 5 star

    Sam Jackson/TCU - 4 star

    Spencer Sanders/TCU - 3 star

    Sawyer Robertson/MSU - 4 star

    Michael Alaina/Purdue - 4 star

    Landry Lyddy/ La. Tech - 3 stars

These refs are calling trash, not calling trash to makeup, and its just compiling

SEC refs suck!  But how lopsided the calls are makes me think the refs HATE Bruce Pearl and how vocal he is. We are more on the negative side of poor officiating, at our house or in the road, when law of averages would require a balance somehow/somewhere. The UGA game was some of the worst officiating I have ever seen. A lot of non-sensical decisions on calls and non-calls. And guess what, UGA lost the very next game to an average Florida team. Until there is accountability for poor officiating by an independent third party, refs will always continue poor and biased officiating.

  4. Let’s get a game thread going. 7-0 OSU. Will UGA choke? Are there SEC refs in the building?  Where’s Herschel?  I went from getting three texts a day from the guy to nothing now!!! I thought we were buds, but he knows I know Bo knows!!

Ahhh, I see what you did there. But Atlanta has WAY better strip clubs than Panama City, or where ever that happened. What was that coaches name?  Did he ever coach again???

Georgia vs TCU will be similar to Bama vs Kstate or worse. They don’t have the dudes

Don’t disagree, but do you think Michigan would fair better?  No way, they fold playing teams outside of the Big10 or in the post-season. I am hoping OSU can do something, but I doubt that too.

I live in Georgia by the way, so that explains my position, haha!

Michigan got several breaks today. They didn't review the ball hitting the ground that gave Michigan a fist down on their last TD drive.

Michigan also got away with several PI's today, especially on the interception that set up the 'controversial' call where they ruled Michigan short at the 1 yard line. The Michigan defender hooked the TCU WR in order to bat the ball up for the interception.

So sick of hearing people crying about 1 questionable call when Michigan got several others calls to go their way and TCU's DB's got called for PI or holding most of the game while Michigan didn't.

We didn’t watch the same game!  But I do think TCU has the best opportunity to beat UGA so I am glad they won tonight.

  8. Not a Michigan fan by any means,,, but they got jobbed today by that refereeing crew. That has to be one of the worst called games from beginning to end. It started with an overturn of an obvious TD and ended with the TV ref saying “yup, that is a clear and obvious targeting call there” to the review booth not calling it. It included a second questionable TD overturn and a placement of the ball exactly 5 yards off (they screwed up their placement off the wrong solid white line). All calls against Michigan. Must be an SEC crew. They all need to be fired. You can’t keep running morons out there to ref a game like that.

You have to show progress towards a major after a certain amount of time in college. He can't start over on a new major.

Ahh, well ok. Loophole closed as soon as it opened! Someone must have done that in the past to circumvent the rules to have a specific rule like that, because a regular student can take as long as they want and change majors twenty times over, as long as the tuition keep rolling in. Thanks.

He should really try to graduate and leave instead of transfer. If he's been there that long he's probably closer to graduation than being able to transfer.

Or why not just transfer to AU and change majors and come here as a sophomore or whatever. Play your last year of eligibility and go pro.  Ask for an additional $100k of NIL money to be set aside to complete your degree when done messing around in the pros.  You can even go back to CC to finish that degree someday. Just get him in the school some how. Seems it could work if the academics/education part wasn’t in the way somehow.  (That last sentence even made me chuckle!) 😀
