What a roll our boys are on! Go Bravos! Man, it's been a while since I've been in on this thread.

Hey Philly! We Comin'!!!
-
Kimbrel was unlucky. Linebrink was bad.
-
I am so excited about this kid. 'Very impressive to date.Dang Beach pitched a heck of a game. Striking out 9 with 4 hits and 1 unearned run.
-
It doesn't sound good at all but I know there's two sides to that story. 'Only problem is Rodger's side will probably never be made public.http://www.foxnews.com/sports/2011/04/27/fan-claims-braves-coach-threatened-bat/?test=latestnews
Doesn't sound good for McDowell.
WTH McDowell.

And I was sitting there saying, "there's no way he's gonna hit one righty." Ya''ll called it!Wait, who are you and why do you think your bumming a ride off of me?
Trent, if your in Auburn by 3, you're welcome to come.
Crap, I can't make it but let's get together and hit one up this summer!
Hell I'm down man. We should do an AE game.
Tonight was awesome, and it sucked. Getting no hit for almost the whole game blew, but it was kinda cool to think I would get to see one. But seeing Chipper get his 1,500 RBI i person made up for it all. That was so cool. And the best part, I turned to my buddy and we both said he's about to hit a homer.

ME TOO!!!!! Oh yeah. You knew that bc we're carpooling. HAHA!I'm going tomorrow. Huddy vs. Johnson. It's gonna be fun
-
Nope, and that's unusual for him. He's usually a pretty solid "balls and strikes" ump.I've officially been aggravated by an ump for the first time this year. I'm sure there will be many more occasions to follow. WOW, though! What a big blown call by the home plate ump. He was out of position and possibly changed the outcome of the freaking game.
He also didn't call the best game either

Freaking awesome pic! The Incredible Hulk is one of my all time favs. Lots of comic relief back in HS watching the reruns with my buddy, Chris, whom a few of you have met. HAHA! -
Venters and Kimbrel were freaking nasty! I am pumped about this season.

C'mon Mr. Blank... or someone who's willing to pony up and be our next Ted Turner!Just heard this today. The Braves may be up for sale next year. Liberty Mutual purchased them in 2007 and all the tax benefits will end in 2012. Currently the Braves are valued at $482 million, which ranks them 13th in baseball. I'm not concern about them moving but would be concerned who purchase them. Just hope whoever it is will have tons of $$$$ to keep it up with the big boys.

I was just about to mention this. I just thank the Lord he's alive.Off topic, but see that Braves Coach lost his left eye, after being hit by a Brian McCann line-drive foul ball. SIAP

YAEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so pumped.
-
Yep. Very much NOT his fault.
-
Party at Tim's house! You know it's right around the corner from the Academy store. HAHA!
-
I just decided I would go with a new SN every day so as to confuse everyone. Man, we'd be just as nasty as them with Greinke!Me too. I thought he would land in NY. Do the Phils really need any more pitching. Hell their rotation is Halladay, Oswalt, Lee, Hamels, and someone whose name escapes me. This is going to be tough. Anyone think there's any chance in Hades we trade for Zach Greinke? I seriously, seriously doubt it, but I've our name tossed out there a couple times. And did you change your name again?
-
This is so frustrating! I thought for sure he'd land back in Texas or with the Yanks.
-
Yep. I am hearing the same with the other being the setup guy. I guess we'll have to wait and find out for sure. It will probably be decided during spring training if Wren don't go out and try to get a proven closer as he did with Wags last year.Last I heard it was between Craig Kimbrell and Johnny Venters, although I wouldn't put it past Wren to bring in one.
-
Here's something that blew me away! Our friends at ESPN said they figured our infield would be Freeman at first, Uggla at 2nd, Gonzo at short, and Chip at 3rd. They said Prado would move back to his role as a utility man. What are they thinking?! Please tell me there's no way this happens. He's turned into a bonafide all star caliber player.
-
I heard this was a possibility. Here's to hoping!http://hardballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/10/21/braves-may-trade-kenshin-kawakami-back-to-japan/
The Braves may be able to trade KK to a team in Japan and not have to eat all of his contract. According to this they would be able to free up around 3 mil, which would be awesome
-
I have heard lots of speculation about it. 'Wouldn't be surprised in the least if they traded him for a big bat.
-
Me too. I had to leave the computer for a bit. I think it's great that TP's staying with the team but am glad he's not coaching up the hitters anymore. It just wasn't working for him for some reason as good a hitter as he was in his career.
-
HA! I just edited my post only to find you answered my question.TP's not gne he's just not the hitting coach anymore. He's doing infield now I believe
