One good thing I heard last night is that Chip and the team docs were in agreeance that they don't believe it's a torn ACL. *Crossing fingers* Man, what a play, though! I hope that's not the last memory we have of him. If he's done for the season then we may never see him play again... :'(

Bob Davidson is terrible and is always voted by the players as one of the worst umpires yearly. I am so sick of guys like him and Billy Haan completely changing the outcome of games and getting away with it. My blood is still boiling over that call last night. We better not finish a game in back of the Phils at seasons end. Pffftttt....

Those suspensions are rediculous. Like they were saying on the radio, Bobby will tell it like it is. He was adamant about it. He said over and over that just watching, you would think it was intentional but it definitely wasn't. Oh well. Maybe Venters will appeal and get his reduced.

Man, I am so fired up about this team. With each passing day they are looking more like one of those dominant Braves teams of the 90's. There's the great pitching, clutch hitting, role players doing their part, and the great chemistry, which was only strengthened by the departure of Yunel. Woohoo!!!!! Go Bravos!!!!!!!!!!

No doubt. He would make improvements and then get back into doing stuff that got under everyone's skin. Short term, it's a great move. I hear from someone very close to the team that told me he would be gone asap. 'Only a matter of time. They didn't want to chance damaging the chemistry this team has and they got a guy putting up great numbers overall to replace him. I've been hearing they were gonna go all out to make this final year for Bobby (and maybe Chipper?) special. 'Looks like that's just what they're doing. Go Bravos and congrats to Mac on that performance last night. It doesn't get any bigger than that!

I hear they're grooming Craig Kimbrel for it. 'Don't know if he'll be ready next year or not, though.
