I don't disagree and I can do that. Just FYI, we have to have an even number of players if we are playing head to head and we couldn't find enough to keep it a 10 man league like we had last year, hence why it's an 8 man league this year.

I'm all for active participation from all league members, but I can't force people to set their lineups/be active on waivers/trades/FA. Maybe we can get a few on here that are interested in joining and playing next year.

You have solid QB, WRs, RBs and TE though.
Mostert got hurt last week and is done for the year. Breida, if he can stay healthy, is very serviceable in all leagues/formats, especially for those thin at RB.

Draft order is random by Yahoo. You will be able to see it once the draft opens. 0.5pt PPR

I think Yahoo requires commish to set league up with keepers and a deadline for choosing ahead of the draft just by a quick look through the tools. Once deadline has passed, available players not kept roll back into draft. Then draft takes place for your available slots in respective rounds...

I don't think it's going to happen this year. We can start a convo during draft and during course of year to decide whether we keep one or 2 from your year end team headed into next year's draft with intent to draft a dynasty team next year.

Correct. You kind of build a win now team or a competitive long term team. Generally a couple high level veterans with some promising young players. My work league was a single keeper league this year that will transition into a dynasty league. I kept Kamara and was able to get Fournette and Ertz in the draft. My receivers are kind of weak but I did get Goodwin. My QB get was Brees. I feel like I’m going to be fairly formidable barring injuries.
I like the approach your work league took with allowing a keeper or 2, whatever we decide, then transition it to a Dynasty next year due to draft being tonight.

I haven't played dynasty yet but that will change some drafting dynamics for sure. I'm down with doing that or a 2-man keeper. Correct me if I'm wrong, but in dynasty, you are married to that player forever unless you choose to drop or trade them, right?

Recently updated AU Family League and sent invites for draft if y'all want to do it again this year. Hope everyone's having a good summer and looking forward to some football. Set draft arbitrarily for 7pm edt 8/26.

Congrats to @aubearcat on winning the inaugural AU Family Fantasy Football League with a score of 125.64 - 101.64. Be sure to post a pic of the winner's plaque @BhamCAT is putting together. Thanks to all who participated and I will send out invites next year if everyone wants to keep it going.

Who all made the finals in your fantasy leagues this year? Me and @aubearcat are facing off for the inaugural AU Family League championship. Also made finals in my money league but lost ARod and AB84, so it ain't looking that good for me right now. Good luck to all still playing and Happy Holidays.

It's my fault Jeff. I missed that when setting up the league scoring, it definitely is an option (little check box among many) that I should've selected as my other leagues are that way also. Unfortunately got it right on missed FG's. I'll change it next year before play starts if everybody is still in.

Very surprised last night by the Vikes, the OLine did work and give Bradford time to actually make a read/throw the ball and made the Saints pay. D Cook looked like he's the real deal too. They continue this and they could be a force in NFC with the D they have.

Exactly my thoughts coach. All on JS to check out of that scenario. Surprised he didn't catch the WILL LB foaming at the mouth pre-snap lol.

Sounds good to me, send me his email address and I can move docs team over to him now for remainder of year. I don't really care who we have playing as long as they are participating. I was just trying to find an extra league to get involved with when we started this one.
