Don’t think you are imagining it. About five started posting at the same time. Sounds a bit orchestrated. I would hope people have better things to do. But not sure anything but ignoring them is an appropriate action. -

AU Football All-Access Podcast, Episode 176: Lessons from AU-LSU

My goodness....just reading those stats would make one say “there’s no way we lost”. Our offensive stats were pretty bad too but the only one that matters is the score! -
I’d be very curious to see some of the top coaches and the percentage of times they are playing a ranked team. 45.7 seems brutal. If you simply look at the top 10 teams right now....Auburn and LSU each have six games against ranked opponents; Clemson has 2; Washington, Georgia, Oklahoma, Notre Dame have 3; Alabama, Ohio state, penn state and Stanford have 4.
-
Been waiting on this. Thanks!
-
Does experience relative to competition help us here? We played six teams last year that ended up in the top 25 and were 3-3. Washington played 2 (Stanford and penn state) and lost both.

Although we haven’t signed anyone new today, I have rather enjoyed that side show.

If you want to see some ticked of people, go to the vol nation board. Brutal. Sorry....back to auburn recruiting

Any other team beaten Bama twice in the last five years? (Not a snarky question....a real question)
-
Really?
-
Did I just hear Pederson was a high school coach 8 years ago??? Wow didn’t know that!
-
I certainly can’t argue that! I thought right to the end that he would get them down the field.
-
I don’t like them but hate New England more. I felt the same way about this game as I did the Georgia Alabama game. Hate em both.
-
Thanks. Really enjoy your previews, especially given the Little I know about other teams. War Eagle!
-
Couldn’t agree more!
-
Love these recaps! Thx for taking the time to do them.

Is this type of blocking adjustment easy enough to do based on the play called? Could both KJ and KP be in the backfield at the same time?

Note on Auburn Passing Game (First down)
BJCrawford replied to StatTiger's topic in AU Football Forum
I just read an excerpt from the podcast by Chris Landry who drove home the fact that the middle of the field was wide open Saturday after LSU brought their safeties up. He also indicated throwing long on their very good corners was a low percentage play. The low hanging fruit was there. Malzahn will Never change and the fact we are basically giving up on this season by letting him finish infuriates me. I realize I am beating a dead horse but I get angry all over again when I think about it. -

Auburn to be tested on the road in Baton Rouge

I am very nervous as well. What I don’t like about this year is how much every game means. The “hot seat” pendulum swings so severely. (And this is not to prompt a conversation of whether it should or shouldn’t). I would so like stability in our program so the consequences are not so extreme relative to every game. THAT, in and of itself, makes me a nervous wreck! Just win baby !!
