  1. I think the bad shots are a couple of things.

    1. Bruce has confidence in his guards, and they'll take those bad shots because they are confident in making them.

    2. Offensive set goes stale with little to no movement, which creates a bad shot at the end of the shot clock.

There are times where we lack focus and take low percentage shots, and we go 4-5 minutes where we look like last years team. I like our effort, but our defensive rebounding is pretty bad considering how much bigger we are than other teams.

I like how we can go on a quick run with a few different guys that can make shots in bunches. Kessler has improved our paint defense where we were getting abused last year. I hope Cardwell learns a thing or two from Kessler on keeping the ball in bounds after a block.

That's a hell of a catch in the championship game. Its being played in South Fl this year so I can't see it in person.

FHSAA split up the state championship games this year. I think the smaller schools played up in Tallahassee and the bigger schools are playing at DRV-PNK Stadium in Ft. Lauderdale, home of Inter Miami FC in MLS.

  3. Leota showed flashes. Fair plugged the running lanes when called upon. Harris was probably our most consistent guy. Kaufman was a rotation piece and was asked to do a bunch of different things. Robertson I think was what he was at his prior stops. We hoped that he would be more. Ingram is TBD because he was a PWO. Knighten was okay. Him and Puckett kinda flip flopped in terms of depth chart depending on the game. He did pick up a couple on interceptions, including LSU and Iron Bowl. I was the most surprised about Miller, considering he was all-conference prior to joining.

Interesting.  I figured they were buds - both coached in the MWC.  I guess things change when you have to work together.

I feel like it was more of a vague familiarity in the same conference, but they had never actually worked with each other before. Sounded like clash of styles between the two. The other small note was that Hoke clarified that he expected Tank to be in the portal because he didn't show for bowl practice. Tank never officially entered the portal, as far as I know.

Bro! He did the same thing on the coaching search last year. Guy genuinely doesn’t know sh*t and just acts like he does to keep viewers. Easy business. He does know football, though. He just doesn’t seem to know wtf is up behind the scene at Auburn.

I’m a Jay G guy though. I could listen to that bourbon guzzling chubster Brain Drain all day.

He is now on the Volume network (Colin Cowherd backed) so he is a national guy more than ever these days.

    Ok. Thanks for the info

No problem. Also from local talk radio, they said that Auburn reached out to Arizona State about information about their situation with Hill but they were dragging their feet and apparently Auburn has decided to move on.

The report I read on university of al.com said the guy from Arizona St. who even worked with Harsin was the front runner until last week. But it never explained what happened. I certainly wouldn't mind seeing McGee but I don't see that happening. So, like everyone else I'll get back in line do I can hurry up and wait.

Compliance stepped in is what I have gathered. Arizona State is in deep doodoo with the NCAA for recruiting violations among other things.
