Fight Terror -- With Law By David Ignatius Friday, June 30, 2006; Page A27 link to article My question's are simple. Do terrorists care about the rule of law? Are there not laws on the books of almost evry country concerning terrorism? Have those laws been more effective in dealing with international terrorism than bombs and bullets? If so, how?
