Anyone want to lay odds on how quickly Girardi is picked up by Jim Hendry? Something tells me that they will be in negotiations before this week is out. Maybe next year will be our year after all??? I thought he had passed his prime, but I also thought Leyland was waaaaay past his prime when the Tigers signed him on over the winter. Who knows, maybe his fiery attitude will be a spark for them.
