around4ever 4,139 Posted April 13, 2018 Share Posted April 13, 2018 OR!! Combine the extra point and kickoff into one play. Give the kicker the ball on the 50 yard line. The teams line up like a kickoff. If the kicked ball goes through the uprights the kicking team gets a point and the ball is placed on the 25 yard line like a touchback. If the kicked ball goes out of bounds without going through the uprights, it is a touchback and the ball is placed on the 25 yard line.
