Rivera fields throws to 3rd to get the runner tagging from 2nd, throw gets away, runner breaks for home,throw comes to Shea and she applies the tag to end the inning. The first base umpire is supposed to rotate and cover home. He was no where to be found and the plate umpire had to hurry back to cover home.
