Auburn came back to win, 28-24 against Texas A&M. Down 10 with the Aggies driving midway through the fourth quarter, the Tigers staged a massive comeback to seal the win.

Auburn is bowl eligible for the sixth time in six seasons under head coach Gus Malzahn.

-- Malzahn said he’s extremely proud and that his team didn’t play their best in any phase of the game.

-- He said Noah’s INT was the play of the game.

-- He thanked the fans for not quitting on the team when they could have.

-- He said that Jarrett Stidham had more options in those last two drives.

-- Malzahn said Whitlow was not 100 percent.

-- Malzahn said he wasn’t thinking back to the championship game of the 2013 championship game when Jimbo Fisher’s team had a late comeback.

-- Malzahn said the defense wasn’t its best, but came up big when it counted.

-- Malzahn said they had Tutrt ready to take the punt return for a long time this season.

-- Kaleb Kim started because he was healthier and provides more stability.

-- They’ve been waiting to use that Ryan Davis pass for about eight weeks.

-- Malzahn said it was a special win.

This whole thing about Stidham having more options when the game all but lost is ridiculous.  We have an NFL talent and you can't trust him to have a few options.   Tells me you can't prepare him for the game.  This is not rocket science.

but then again, our first two plays of the game, after 2 weeks of prep, was the same play...I think we were like 3rd and 11 or 12 to start the game.  Great job getting ready.  Did you start your prep Friday night or during the drive to the stadium this morning?

Why'd they wait 8 weeks to use a good play?

Why not use the play multiple times in that 8 week period instead?

These are the things that drive us crazy about Gus.

Not getting paid near as much as coaches, but maybe go with this for last few games. Just a thought.

Why did he not have those options earlier in the game, Mr. Genius?

Caleb Kim best option at center? Geez...

I agree. NB has been GOD awful at center. I’ve literally lost count this season how many times he’s been blown up
