My opinion - RB's are a dime a dozen. Our money needs to go towards, QB, OL, and DL.

Freeze should get 3 years to put his product on the field and get results no matter what. After year one there are clear concerns, being primarily team preparedness for EVERY game.

Why are you confused? A coach can be a great recruiter and a mediocre game coach.
