No new info still has at least a couple more OVs unless he just pulls the trigger out of no where.

I hope you’re right. I’ll be pleased to have either of those guys in the class.
Need both

All UGA IMO
I think AU or Miami but you could be right. They definitely have momentum on their side for most players they target.

Hope it works out. Scrambling around for an RB this late in the cycle still baffles me. As has been said ad nauseum, seems like that should be about the easiest position for us to recruit elite guys. Nonetheless, love finding these hidden gems- sometimes their fire to succeed seems to burn a little hotter more than compensating for (perceived at least) less talent.
From my understanding we are in it still for Cain, DJ, and Mark-Anthony Richards. We are scrambling a little but 2 of those 3 would be a great haul for our offense.

Kid is very excited about AU. Staff very excited about this kid.

JJ with a great season but finished the season 52 yards shy of the single season receiving yardage record for the state.

JJ keeps making my plate of crow bigger and bigger. My post from June 8th is shameful at this point:
Excited that this kid will be the junior year version of Ryan Davis. He could be an absolute animal in the slot!
I’ll say a mix of Ryan Davis and Hastings. He’s got deep threat ability as long as it’s not jump balls. Plus he might have a higher ceiling of top end speed compared to Ryan Davis.

My guess is that Hoover beats them worse than they did the first time. Most likely will be a Thompson vs. Hoover rematch.
I’d say the odds are in the favor of your prediction but I wouldn’t count out Hewitt-Trussville or Mountain Brook. Any of those 4 plus PC could win the state title and not surprise me at all.

Interested to see how this week plays out. Got a sneaky feeling Mountain Brook upsets Hoover, not sure why I feel that way they are just so disciplined on defense.

Too bad his stats are wrong. I charted only 2 of his games & triple checked myself but in those 2 games he had a combined 2 more catches & at least 25 yards more than given credit for. No telling how far his stats are off for the entire season.
Probably not a lot. He could break the record tonight against Thompson we shall see. Same games same locations as the week 10 games. HT at Thompson and Mountain Brook at Hoover.

I don't know about all that. Haven't heard that anywhere. I kind of saw him more as the 2back set H-back, hand on the ground TE, and sometime the Flex-TE but he is a very physical blocker but haven't heard he's a project OL.

I don't remember but is it Deal that is projecting to play on the OL or the other TE commit?
You mean hand on the ground TE? not OL... I would say Deal would be more hand on the ground then Fromm.

Haven't watched any of his film before but he's physical blocking I'll say that.

From 113 WR to 27. Also a National top 250 player for 247.

If all holds they will probably finish 1 or 2. We will finish around 7. I’m not sure we will ever recruit at the top 3 level ever regardless who the coach is... ever

Johnson 12 catches 160 yards 2 TDs on the game.

Cool. I think Boobee can produce at a 4* level if he got even average OL play.
Agreed. I'm not a no on this kid at all just think we should have already decided on our back and if that's Cain that's cool but should have a back on backup. I'd have pushed when MAR was flirting so much...

Looks plenty fast & explosive to me plus he doesn't get tackled easily.
Similar to Boobee. More physical but about as fast and explosive.

Yeah boy! We own App State!
I will say this at this time this kid is more system ready for our offense then say Derrian Brown was and we were his leader for a long time. Stars matter overall for the team but sometimes there are exceptions.
-
I'll add that how he blocks, how he reads blocks, how he moves in the hole (which we don't see a lot in this video), and if he can play within a system without the ball in his hands will determine if he's an SEC back or not.
