We are well, so far. The day is young I need recs for a good laptop (Windows based) for the college bound blonde...anyone?

The hubs is the chef in our house. I am mostly relegated to being a sous chef, but I am a pretty good baker And GM everyone.

Preheat oven to 450. Rub a whole head of cauliflower with olive oil, sea salt, and a tiny bit of pepper. Set it in a cast iron skillet, pop it it the oven, and roast for 45 mins to an hour. When you take it out of the oven, pour about a tbsp of melted butter over the top...so yummy.

Anyone ever roast cauliflower? Weird question, I know. If you haven't...do it! It's like veggie candy

I totally get that...I really, really do. It was hot. The Bug and I spent most of the time at the cooling station. Funny thing about that, mostly moms with their kids, and maybe one dad It was exhausting but fun. A good game to take the kiddo to anyways. We might make it to a couple of more, but only if we can convince someone to watch the toddler
