No, I think for most of us it is because Auburn offered him a contract to be Auburn’s coach and since he has not broken said contract, then he should remain our coach unless they want to fire him and pay him what they owe

I guess what I’m trying to figure out is, if almost everyone on this forum knows exactly everything that went on and why and all of that, then why is he still here?

The ones that are so in love with him now are the same ones who wanted him fired after those games

I am beginning to believe this just may be what happens. I also believe that if they would FULLY SUPPORT him that he could do a good job here. But I don’t expect that to ever happen

I don’t really know. And I am serious. I can’t believe that they did as well as they did in early signing and then nothing. Just looks to me that something changed. I have my opinions and I’m sure that you have yours.

Like he’s had 2 or 3 recruiting cycles. I thought he did pretty fair the early signing but I also believe he had his hands tied in last signing! I would like to see what he could do if all parties were backing him

I thought the whole deal, starting with getting rid of Malzahn, was to do better than “relatively well “

I am just hopeful that their is more division amongst fans than actually in the athletic department. All we have is rumors and we have seen how that works

I totally agree with you! Also have to consider asst coaches, not only contracts but their families and which asst will stay and which will leave either way. All of this is really sad whether caused by rumors on the interweb or just a bad hire! A lot of families will be affected plus players!
