Sweet. Although I'm a little worried about timing with so many PF's and C's on the roster. But if Broome, Traore, Cardwell or Jaylin go pro after next year, then we'll need reinforcements for sure. Anyone know if Broome has 1 or 2 years of eligibility left?

And I'd guess there is a 99% chance Diop ends up being called "Lupin" by fans and college announcers during his freshman year.  https://netflix.fandom.com/wiki/Assane_Diop#

Broome has only played 1 year.

Clemson's program has only been in existence for 3 years. Both have done a tremendous job.

your totally right.  I obviously didn't know that either.   Both coaches could probably get their dream job were it to come open, although they are both probably very happy where they are.

    PG: Green, Westry, Zep, Donaldson
    SG: KD, Zep, Westry
SF: Phillips, Flan, Westry, C-Mo (Flan may start in the early season bur can be passed quickly if his play doesn't pick up.)
    PF: Jaylin, Traore, Phillips
C : Broome, Cardwell, Traore, Jaylin, Stretch

I have not watched any film on Westry. If he were pressed into service like Flan was 2 years ago, can he handle the ball like a true point guard?

and on another note, I can see Traore passing Jaylin at some point.

Devin Ree is a no brainer we want him. A 6'8" pure shooter who can play SG or SF.  Lack of a big SG who could shoot the three was our biggest downfall this year. We were one player away from being a final 4 type team. For those who want Desi Sills we don't need another short guard unless it is a better PG like Mark Sears.

I would take Sears over Sills all day long.

The next steps is how they can move forward together.  Harsin has to change.  He can't keep the status quo.  Recruiting isn't good.  The Portal isn't good.  His relations with High School coaches isn't good & it's probably down right terrible in the state of Georgia.  He needs to understand what is expected of him, maybe he didn't know...but he needs to listen to people that do know and want to help him out.

My gut tells me he will not change.

If Harsin is finished, then why is he being allowed to attend the SEC Coaches Meeting today when it serves no purpose and is therefore not in the best interest of the university?

It appears that this CF is getting worse by the day!

    conspiracy theory

He went to the coaches meeting but was asked to stay in Auburn and meet with the board.

He has now broken the new rule and can be fired with cause.

I would love to be a fly on the wall at a coaches convention and hear the true perception of the Auburn HC job.

I think we know the perception.  I would much rather be the fly that listens to Jimbo and his conversations.
