We are playing like we are on the road.
All Bruce has to do is tell the team that we are at home.
We’re playing like we’ve been watching the hype for the last 3 days, and bought into it.

It’s gotten so bad for Holloway, that he dishes a wide open 3 over to Broome.

Sometimes I wish they would just make smart passes and not try to make unbelievable plays to wow the crowd.
I call it going into Globetrotter Mode.

3 out of 4 Auburn guards have a TO, the other one can’t ring his bung hole with his finger.

I feel bad for Aden.

This is why I’m not a pre-game hype fan.

WDE! 10 run rule ends it 15-5 in 7.
I stopped watching at 7-3. Did Allsup finish the game?

Had a great pre season. Things change. Butch historically has a very good staff by the time crunch time rolls around. Allsup is good. Not about to judge him on a few early season bad pitches.
He has a full season of appearances from last year to judge him on. This ain’t his first start. Hopefully he’ll improve.

Groove a 95 mph fastball no good. See where it goes. We will be fine.
Is he one of our top 3 starters this season or just a non-conference start?
-
Looks like Allsup is picking up where he left off from last year. Retired the side in the 1st, gets a 4 spot, then promptly served up 2 long balls.
He’s the opening day starter?

This is the part of NIL I could not get my head around. The primary issue was that schools and networks make so much money from the players but the players could not make any money for themselves or get a share of the revenue. So somehow we end up with a system where the fans have to pay the players and the schools and networks are still not required to give a share of what they make directly to the players?
The fans are the source of the revenue for schools and networks as it is, how did it also become our responsibility to pay the players?
The way NIL is *supposed* to work is a high school prospect OR college player can market themselves to endorsements and such. But, lo and behold, the boosters jump in before any rules are in place and form "collectives" that basically exist as a Go-Fund-Me account to go out and buy players. It's absurd, and it will get ugly before they get a handle on it.
I'm sorry, but I won't contribute a personal dime to it.

I just remember the bumper stickers, not much about the game. I guess I didn’t start really paying attention until I was about 9 years old.
That goes for Sullivan and Beasley, too. I remember hearing talk of them, but don’t recall watching or listening to any games.
Had a Beasley jersey, pretended I was him in the yard…but no memories of watching him. Go figure..

This is why NIL is such horsecrap.
Paying athletes is the biggest joke.
They weren’t gonna get a cent from me, anyway, so I can’t complain.

We can forget about winning the SEC regular season title, that's for sure. Unfortunately, Oats and bama will probably win that.
Well, Oates owns Bruce, so it checks out.

I’m sorry to bring up BP and timeouts but down 20 with 2 minutes to go you call timeout. But don’t call timeout to settle the early. Baffling
That was to allow the Florida crowd to appreciate our starters..

Tennessee lost by 17 to a worse SCar team on the road, UConn lost by 15 to Seton Hall (who's also worse than Florida), Arizona lost by 18 to Stanford (a worse team than Florida) on the road
Good teams have definitely lost in comprehensively ugly road losses this season, but you don't want to have too many of them. This is our first thankfully
Ole Miss is our Road Mecca. This isn't a compliment.
-
I’d empty the bench right now, give the rest of ‘em plenty of time to think about what kind of effort they want to give.
-
Good teams don’t do this. Better temper all post-season expectations, because, regardless of the ‘it only matters in March’ crowd, an ass kicking like this matters. Eventually, this is the team that will show up.
