  1. I didn't see a single person in here "judging the teams capabilities". I suspect it was our last chance until ULM to get our burnt redshirt some experience. We went from "rusty, not ready" week 1 to "we don't need practice" week 6? Anyway. Weekend is over. Team is definately truckin' right now. Nice read Stat. Let's go eat some corndogs.
  2. it only becomes incessant whining when a person has to roll up his sleeves to deal with the likes of you, sport. people just assume complain a minute then move on, but that aint how it goes huh?
  3. And ask him why qb2 doesn't get a chance, after burning his red shirt, to run more than 6 clock grinding snaps....maybe even a pass. There'll be no garbage time next couple games. Same as last year, which btw- stat was all over it then too.
  4. Thanks Stat. Thankfully you don't come under fire as badly as a guy saying the exact same thing in the other threads.
  5. Pleasure as always Stat. Thank you.
  6. Stat- your summaries are the highlight of the weekend.
  7. Love it. the name on the bottum won't do though!
  8. if it's random draft order, yahoo will scramble it and we'll know the order about 1/2 hour before drafting. At least this has been my experience. If I'm wrong please correct me, but if I'm not- don't be married to your current positions. And props to BhamCAT for putting up the trophy. Very nice of y'all and thank you.
  9. Need 5 more Coastal. May not have the traffic in this sub-forum. Any ideas?
  10. Schedule is good, I'll make it happen, but will not complain at all if it's later in the evening.
  11. Every team has a weekness. Your WR's look great if they were mid-late rounds. just make sure the boards don't have any hidden gems laying around, and read up on your TE, make sure Graham is a better start than Bennet. But most of all, never listen to a thing I say, ever.
  12. I joined in on this one. Hope it's ok. I'm 2nd year novice yahoo baller. If it's not ok, lemme know, I'll pull the plug. Love the format (commish) it will be a fun play with 2 WR's. Thanks for offering this.
  13. Exactly. What's not to like? O-line? Sophomore wide recievers? Stidham? Pettway? And the assumption that mismanagement such as Clemson and UGA will never happen again? OC doesn't have to be great. Any QB development and competent play calling/planning will be a tremendous upgrade on face value alone. Wonder if there'll be some buzz about Auburn late this summer (knock on wood) lol
  14. I don't know about this hire. I'm not an insider. I'm just glad there is a hire. Auburn is metaphorically going for it on 4th. Maybe it will work.
  15. chiming in. i like our personell. at a minimum: if the guy can actually call an offense, doesnt have to be great, just call a damn offense, if these boys can execute, i like our chances. it really is a best case for us right now. we have an offensive drout, cfb has a coaching drout, i say just fix the offense.
  16. Thank you for these jmr. hope you'll do the bowl game. it's always nice to watch a game, read your thread, then watch the replay, then be the smartest guy in the room. war eagle
  17. STAT. stat. S T A T. the most wonderfully written body slam i've ever read. you, my friend, have twisted this whole mess up on a note in a bottle, and tossed it into the ocean of freakin reality man. when i read this a peace came over me, a weight off my chest. somebody out there, somewhere understands my pain. can we please just all agree that stat just billy slapped our staff, who is getting paid millions to hope for the best?
