    He did nothing of the sort. He said there should be a deadline and made sure it was known well in advance of when the deadline occurs. If you can't make the deadline, you only have yourself to blame.

    Our JROTC program puts out one American flag in honor of every victim in front of our high school here in Social Circle, GA every September 11th.
