kbtiger151345162906 0 Posted April 10, 2011 Author Share Posted April 10, 2011 Auburn wins 8-2 All around team effort as every starter had a hit and Beisner and Wacker came off the bench with 2 rbi. Jacobs pitched really well after giving up 2 runs in the first. Bullpen looked good once again. Ray battled a little bit as he walked 2, but Ortman looked great. Huge series sweep for us. The season was certainly on the line, we needed to win at least 2 and we took 3 in convincing fashion. We don't play on Tuesday night, but head to LSU next weekend. LSU will have their backs against the wall as they'll be at best 4-8 in the SEC. Going to be a tough series, would be really nice to take 2. Good job Tigers.
