mcgufcm 4,107 Posted January 5, 2005 Share Posted January 5, 2005 flip texas and utah. texas won a "classic" (which is just the media word for a game with zero defense that comes down to the wire) and was ranked ahead of utah going into the bowls. i also very seriously doubt the sec will get its due credit with uga moving all the way to number 5. it's much more likely that a team that plays no defense and scores a lot (which is all it takes for espn and the like to call you great) will jump up to that spot. OU won't fall beyond number 5 or 6 despite losing big (and playing in a confence where the top four teams gave up 55... OU, 37...
