I found this one particularly funny, so I figured I'd post it here. I'll post more as it develops. It started with her setting her status to: "Kelly is thinking how stupid the "fear the thumb" slogan is....she's sorry she's not afraid of a thumb....now a gun....possibly. " Me being the smart@$$ I am, posted on her wall: "I'd imagine that fearing a gun is a daily part of life for people living in Tuscaloosa." Her response: "i would imagine running over a cow is a daily fear in Auburn" My rebuttal: "http://www.nass.usda.gov/Statistics_by_State/Alabama/index.asp Select Livestock from the AL County Level. Cattle & Calves 2006 Alabama Lee 7,000 head Cattle & Calves 2006 Alabama Tuscaloosa 8,200 head" Her reaction: "i am not looking at any stupid inaccurate website...thanks though" Me: "That's right. The USDA Natural Agricultural Statistics Service official home page is full of lies. They give out those .Gov domains to anyone with a wild conspiracy theory. Some loopy Auburn fan must have created the entire database just so that stupid Barners can search for cattle to "prove" Bama fans wrong. Please direct me to a more accurate page that proves these statistics wrong." Her: "it's only because the population of tuscaloosa is 81,358 and the population of auburn is 49,928 so technically we should have 14,000 cows since we are twice as big as ya'll. furthermore, statistically speaking there's 0.140 cows per person in AU and 0.1044 cows per person in Tuscaloosa.
