Carter finally gets called out the worst presidency of the Twentieth Century. Having served under Carter in the USN, the caller was taking it light on the washed up fool. The definition of insanity is watching Carter screw up every bit of his foreign policy and then actually listening to this fool like he has anything of value to say.
