TMAN34 0
I don't see anyway our running attack can work against the SEC elite if we continue to run the ball in singleback formations. All of the runs are stretched out and prolonged which also causes some problems b/c the SEC speed is so fast to react. A sound ground game is more important to me than a passing game... Justin5 20
It will work fine....once we get a mobile quarterback. You could see how even slow Todd was able to get decent yardage when he kept it. The defenses are completely keying on our RB's right now. I do like the idea of having 2 backs. au2004ece 30
It will have a much better chance of working if we were to run straight ahead. We should line up with the running back behind the quarterback similar to what LSU did when in the shotgun. This will allow for the more traditional straight ahead runs.
