woods1110 0
I was driving down the interstate here in Montgomery yesterday and I look to my right and guess who is in the Mercedes next to me?... BOBBY LOWDER, the bufoon. Now the trivia question is...... He had an Auburn car tag with "18" on it. What do you all think that the "18" means? I have thought and thought and cannot come up with what it might mean.
No Shame 0
He wore #18 the year he won the Heisman Trophy. He was a great tailback in the 60's for Auburn. Don't you know that?

Iluvorangeandblue 0
I think that it has something to do with when they first sold the auburn tags, the first 100 people or so got to keep their number. In other words, the first person to buy an Auburn tag has a 1 on their tag, the next a 2 and so forth. At least that is what I remember hearing at one point. bammanmr 0
No Shame is about right. Lowder's take from Colonial bank profits comes to about 40M a year, or that's what I hear, at least.
