  1. Cool little fun fact. Tonight's win was Tim Hudson's 100th career win with the Bravos. War Damn and Go Chop.
  2. Rumors swirling about a JJ deal with the yankees. Braves have wanted Eduardo Nunez, but its gonna take a lot more than that to pry JJ from us
  3. Larry Parrish out, Derek Lowe not starting next year, and Heyward having to fight for his spot in left field. Life is good.
  4. This whole season was just filled with missed opportunities. We really need a new hitting coach. I'm sick of no one having any patience outside of chipper
  5. I'm calling it, if Viz moves back to the rotation, he will have a better career than Teheran. That curveball is straight dirty
  6. As a person, I do. No matter the outcome, he always went out and gave it his all. Everyone in the clubhouse seemed to like him as well. The idea of Proctor as a major league reliever, now that is what I'm celebrating. If anything, put it on the front office for taking someone who has no business pitching in the majors, and sticking him out there in the middle of a pennant race.
  7. Proctor is no more!!!! Happy no more Proctor day everyone! What a blessed day
  8. And haters gonna lose by his hands. Suck on that!
  9. Beachy vs. Jimenez (Sp?) tonight. This should be interesting. Heyward out of the lineup again, but only because Frediot wants to play it safe. Heyward came to the park looking to play tonight
  10. Well, Bochey (sp?) skipped over JJ and is starting Halladay, despite the fact that JJ leads him in just about every single category. Not to mention he shafted Hanson when he's the 3rd best pitcher in the league. I used to respect that guy, but seriously, screw him. He needs to get over himself and his team
  11. 2 Things: Kimbrell is now an all-star. He took Matt Cain's place. In the World game, Julio Teheran started, gave up a homer to the first batter, then two batters later struck out bryce harper on 4 pitches
  12. There's still Matt Cain's spot. One of them could still get in
  13. Here's a trade idea. Let's trade Derek Lowe, Scott Proctor, and Fredi Gonzales to Japan for a bag of peanuts and a half empty bottle of coke
  14. As for Hanson, there's still a chance, since pitchers who pitch the sunday before the game are not allowed to play in the game, and then the manager can select another, which SHOULD be Hanson
  15. I called it. Actually I called it for Ryan howard, but I still take credit for that. Seriously, DFA him. Fredi, trust me, nobody wants him.
  16. And it was nice while we had it away from you!
  17. We're down 3-0 going into the bottom of the 5th. We score 4 times to make it 4-3. The next pitcher to come in the game after Beachy is none other than the proctologist, who promptly gives the lead back to Baltimore. And then with 2 outs in the bottom of the 9th, Chipper is at the plate with a 3-1 count. Next pitch is way outside and chipper is halfway to 1st when the idiot ump calls it a strike. Obviously Chip can't believe it, so now it's 3-2, and the pitcher throws the same pitch, and again the ump calls him out, and just stares down chipper as he walks to the dugout, hoping he would say something so that he could fine him.
  18. Fredi on using Proctor, if he was trying to rest O’Flaherty and Linebrink: “We can’t keep running the same guys out there all the time. Shoot, Scotty has done a hell of a job for us. Everything was in place for us to get through that seventh inning. I thought we had the right guy in there.” I'm starting to question just how did Gonzo become a coach in the first place.... or graduate high school. Anyone who thinks the proctologist has done a helluva job for us needs his head examined
  19. Proctor needs to go. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. He and Fredi and the idiotic ump cost us this game.
  20. There could be a three way tie for the ROY: Freeman, Beachy, and Kimbrel!
  21. ^THIS is the key for him coming out of his slump. Every AB his trying to pull EVERYTHING and is also not even watching the ball off the bat. Once he gets this down, he should be good to go
  22. Sounds like Beachy tore it up out there!
