Lots of negativity. And they are using their resources against the people. Facebook and Twitter being the main 2 resources. I deleted Facebook. And I choose who I follow on Twitter very wisely. And now, I don't really have to hear about it anymore. But, when a majority of the Auburn accounts I follow dive into politics, I unfortunately have to see some of it. I will be removing some of them though. I will find the least political account and just follow them. They all provide the exact same information anyway. They all share their information. Tweet the same things. Eat each other's ass. So following only 1 of them will be enough to get the injury report, who isn't at practice, and what the coach says during press conferences.

The rest I can figure out for myself during the game.

    divide and conquer

Also, divide and govern or rule. Win by getting one's opponents to fight among themselves. For example, Divide and conquer was once a very successful policy in sub-Saharan Africa. This expression is a translation of the Latin maxim, Divide et impera (“divide and rule”), and began to appear in English about 1600.

correct, you don't have to.  I meant to say it's a vaccine you get every 10 years.  You claim vaccines don't need that tho.  It's your whole argument against the current Covid vaccine and reason to not call it a vaccine...b/c the efficacy wains.

Yet here we are with you getting a vaccine every 10 years

Mortality in the United States resulting from generalized tetanus is 30% overall, 52% in patients older than 60 years, and 13% in patients younger than 60 years.

Tetanus was developed in 1924, with 100 years of data behind it.

i have lost eleven friends so far. one more is in the hospital and was just placed on the ventilator on top of battling high blood pressure. i live in a very small town that is shrinking every single day. so to me it is alarming. for the record i understand some of it. a lot of folks will not take the vax because of an article out there claiming 450 000 americans have died from the shot. they say it contains aborted fetuses. it makes metal stick to your skin. they are sticking the mark of the beast in the shot and on and on and on. yes i do not understand that kind of crap.

So sorry to hear that @aubiefifty   That's tough.

What about Whooping Cough?  Do you consider that a vaccine?

There are countless vaccines in which you need a booster.  We'll most likely develop better vaccines that have longer lasting efficacy.  Just b/c it isn't 100% perfectly developed w/in 8-10 months of it ravishing the world doesn't mean it is a vaccine

My children had that when they were babies and will not have to get it again unless Fauci gets involved in it(just kidding).  Not anti-vaxx.  I get a tetanus "shot" every 10 years or so.  I get it.  Guess what you did not have to do when you got and recovered from Polio?  Get the vaccine.  I keep coming back to my same argument:  Harsin had and recovered from the virus. He should be good to go relative to his vaccination status based on that.  This vaccine does not provide much immunity at all but does seem to protect against long hospital stays and really bad cases.  Lets call it what it is.  It is essentially a proactive treatment.

But your argument is a vaccine has to give us full 100% immunity.  MMR doesn't.  It's like 88-93% for the viruses it includes.

I was just pointing out that those types of vaccines are given at birth and in childhood and you have almost complete immunity for life.  Can you get it, yes, but it is like getting struck by lighting. Probably not going to happen.  Cannot compare this vaccine to those vaccines.

I guess literally every vaccines humans have ever created aren't truly a vaccine then.

I shouldn't have given my child the MMR vaccine b/c it is not 100%.  I will soon be suing my doctors.  THANK YOU for this revelation.  Those damn Polio shots that were just 90% shouldn't have ever been given!!!  How dare we take something that builds antibodies and does NOT have 100% efficacy!!!!

🤦‍♂️ we've been ruined by facebook.  My god people

Comparing this "vaccine" to Polio and MMR vaccines is not a cogent argument and you know it.  This "vaccine" gives you a spike of immunity in the first 2-3 months and then tails off dramatically.  I do believe it helps keep people out of the hospital and from having really bad cases of the virus.  However that is related to a very specific spike in the protein and natural immunity provides a wider range of immunity over future variants.  I am not anti-vaxx just pro natural immunity.  You know that thing that has been around for centuries upon centuries.   Not sure your implication of facebook but I don't frequent it.  Taking it back to the issue at hand, Harsin should get credit for having recovered from the virus.

  8. Hard to believe they still call it a vaccine when they suggest a booster in 6 months.  It's a shot like the flu shot and get ready to get your yearly booster or maybe semi-annual.  Line up and get that booster folks.  Youll be soiling your pants but thank you Pfizer may I have another.  Time will show and it already is showing that natural immunity, which he has, is much more resilient to re-infection.  Europe and Israel consider recovery from the virus as equivalent to getting the vaccine.  Why do we not in the US?  Cause Pfizer and Moderna have not made their profit quota just yet.  If you want to get your vaccine get it.  If you have had it and recovered you should be considered at minimum equivalent to a fully vaccinated individual.

Literally fix a busted play here and there and catch a couple dropped passes and we are undefeated and #1 in the country or at least a 1 loss team and top 10. Obviously we aren’t really ready for that level of success but if that’s how close we are to it, it may be time to relax a little and just enjoy the growth period without ruining it through 1st year expectations

    I like this plan.

I think you guys don't remember what Saban did to us when we were desperate for LB's. He just recruited one after another and left them on the bench or processed them, schollie numbers disregarded. I'd guess he will now do the same on OL, especially now that he has headroom for 7 more. We lost at least one of the games early in his tenure thanks to lack of one more quality LB when we had injuries.

Sadly Saban has moved on from us.  We are not much of a threat on or off the field right now.  Hope that changes soon.

Wow not even close? Ok. I'd say mcreary is our best corner imo.Simpson did make at least one tackle that was super impactful.

Also it seems everybody hates smoke these days but he saved another touchdown this game. I'm just going to make sure he get his praise too.

It just seems like every time I see Smoke he is chasing a receiver into the end zone.  I know that's not fair and it very possibly could have been a missed assignment from another player but its not a good look.

  12. For some reason folks think this Stat equates to him being the 5th best qb of all time in the SEC.   It just says he does not throw a lot of interceptions.  I would not read too much into it.  He has a chance to become a very good or great QB.  He was last night but lots of games to go.  I'm rooting for him to break all the good QB records at Auburn and to look back at him being a top 3 QB for Auburn one day.   You know why, cause I love Auburn and that will mean he led Auburn to a lot of wins hopefully.
