I hate it because he was my favorite player of the bunch, but I am not getting a real good vibe from what I'm seeing on other sites. May not all be true, maybe not any of it, but if he got his panties in a wad due to being held out as a precaution, or IF something else happened afterwards, then maybe its all for the best. I still question how UK folks were talking about this long before any of us expected anything was going on, including the 24/7 folks

Rupps Rafters forum was talking about Powell transferring two weeks ago. I wonder why? I think there is more to this than ya'll want to admit. Players come and go..............Really interesting that, according to MM and 24/7, when Powell signs at this next school, it will make the 5th school in the last 6 years that he has attended. If he ends up at UK, I guess that'll be okay,too

I have to take another dog to Shelby Lowes dad tomorrow morning for his yearly checkup. His wife was a bit miffed that I didn't know that her baby was a starting pitcher the other day when I was there. I knew she signed but I just assumed that she wouldn't see much action as a freshman and since I am not a follower of womens sports as a rule, I really didn't know season had started. Thats all changed now. I was yelling and punching air when she retired 20 straight and was one out away from a perfect game and I have not missed a pitch since.

After a rousing,heroic and unexpected win by the BB team today against UT, I am ready and able to gut another SB game out today. I hurt myself yelling for Shelby Lowe yesterday( I was alone, in my recliner and don't drink). Her daddy is our vet and I think Shelby's mama was a biff miffed that I don't follow womens sports. I'll follow it after yesterday,especially when Shelby pitches. I honestly didn't think the girl would be as good as she is. Hell, it don't seem like its been that long since she was born

I did not expect the Lowe girl to pitch much this season since she is a freshman, but I carried my dog to the vet (her daddy) today and he was telling me that she was the starting pitcher this past weekend and did really well. How can I find out when she is scheduled to pitch? Thanks

Yeah, so I have heard. I don't expect it to be WK, though. Hey, I saw some old video on Wilt Chamberlain in his high school days and he looked like a bean pole, similar to Kessler. I was too young to remember his days at KU, but he didn't gain a lot of weight even then. I do remember his NBA years where he was huge, and lumbered up and down the court, but in both high school and college, he led fast breaks was pretty nimble. If Kessler does transfer, maybe he can develop like that

He has publicly said that Fulmer promised him that Pruitt would be the coach. The bad juju vibe given off might deter UT from trying to deny him a release, especially with the Roc Taylor scandal. I wonder if this might be something worth trying for Brooks

Had Dupree stuck it out, he might have proven to be the most gifted RB of all time. He weighed around 240 lbs,too! I am trying to remember when he had the knee injuries. He played with the Rams and a USFL team, but I can't remember the order of the two teams. Long time ago

Lol, Dupree was not a small fish at OK but it was a combination of expectations and homesickness that caused him to quit. My superintendent was from Philadelphia and knew several connected people. I got a lot of info on M. Dupree from him. Just watch the video on him:Bo Jackson speed/Hershel Walker power combined with hard to believe cutting ability for a guy his size. Amazing football player that needed guidance. Had he went to Miss State ( I think Sherrill was coach then and that shows how bad Switzer was) I do believe he would have had an amazing career
