  1. Lol. Cause Malzahn never struggled against lower teams like Mercer and Tulane, right? Or who could forget our amazing overtime win against Jacksonville State in 2015. The problem with this team is we have players that were coached by Malzahn's staff. Nix is a product of Malzahn coaching. That Oline is a product of Malzahn recruiting. Whether or not Harsin ends up being the right guy for the job, Malzahn should have been fired years ago.
  2. Not sure how they go back to Bo after Finley saved our ass right there. May be right but I think they stick with Finley.
  3. We looked like crap but props to Harsin being willing to go with Finley. Previous staff would have stuck with Nix win or lose. Also props to defense holding shutout second half and adding a score to seal the win at the end. Hard to find much to be happy about but there were at least a few good things there.
  4. I was wondering the same thing. For a second I thought he had dyed his hair blonde until I got a closer look.
  5. Covid vacs are very different from other vaccines. They have had very little testing, they are emergency use approved only and there are legitimate dangerous side effects like blood clots and myocarditis. How many vaccines have been manufactured where the government stepped in to release the manufacturer from all liability? Does a completely safe vaccine need that kind of government protection? There are also many deaths reported on VAERS that are not guaranteed to be vaccine related but could be vaccine related. Plus, you brought up the explosion of cases from the Olympics. Everybody there was required to be vaccinated and Japan allowed no foreign attendance. That doesn't exactly speak wonders for the efficacy of these vaccines.
  6. USC had two top 25 wins that season. Oklahoma had three. Auburn had four. Top ten wins USC had one Oklahoma had one and Auburn had three. Auburn was more deserving. They wanted the money matchup.
  7. LOL. A guy that works for ESPN complaining about money ruining college football. I still remember Herbstreit crapping on Auburn in 2004 because they wanted the big money matchup of USC and Oklahoma even though Auburn was clearly more deserving. How about Alabama getting into the playoffs when they don't even win their conference division. Let's quit pretending college football is about anything more than making money. I am sure people associated with college football still care about tradition but not anybody from ESPN.
  8. I wonder if that wasn't part of the deal to sign Pickens. Auburn told him he has to get his grades in order and Smart told him not to worry about it, they will get him in. This wouldn't be the first time Hoover changed grades to get a kid qualified. That is the way it was done when Smart was at bama so why wouldn't he keep doing it at uga?
  9. It is Kirby Smart and Hoover High School. He will definitely qualify.
