    Wholeheartedly agree. Keeps the focus off how poorly coached we were down the stretch of that game. Pressure’s on now that Alabama has made another deep run in the tournament and Bruce is still cashing checks off of one from 5 years ago. It’s like it’s a requirement for coaches at Auburn in any sport to have one Cinderella run, cash in, and do just enough to make fans think it wasn’t a one off.

    Yep. What he's done with garbage facilities and a mostly apathetic fanbase is impressive.

    Given the recent track record I doubt it. We're a consistently above-average regular season team with one really special postseason run that's looking more and more like an outlier as it gets further in the rearview. What he's done for the program is immeasurable but I'm starting to get latter year Malzahn vibes at this point.

    Auburn played great for the most part. Some dumb mistakes to start both halves, but overall hard to be disappointed by the performance. Hung in tough even with a dude going nuclear hot on the other side. My biggest gripe is the coaching decision to go zone TWICE which let Knecht get started on that run.

    It doesn’t. He’s a complete liability and his play is regressing down the stretch.

    They took our manhood. We got punched in the nose and tucked our tail. Jaylin going down sucks so hard. Hope that young man is ok

    This team can turn it around, but Jaylin has to get going on offense and KD needs to ride the bench. Feels like we were caught off guard by their speed. Also maybe Bruce will tell the bigs to grab a rebound at the rim rather than throwing up a hundred tap back bricks.

    Truly pathetic performance. Team had everything in front of them and they lay down. Mental toughness when faced with adversity just isn’t there. That’s coaching. Ole Miss on the road is the exception to the rule.

    Absolutely shouldn’t be playing in close games late. That stretch killed our momentum

    I think this may be the most fun team I’ve ever watched for Auburn. Got the sense the team that hit #1 a few years back had peaked early - don’t feel that way at all about this team! They’re beating the teams they’re supposed to beat the way they should.

    He’s a really good on field coach. Time will tell if he can he recruit and if he has the guts to tell Saban to get lost since right now Saban’s acting like he’s just gonna be hanging out at the athletic complex. Personally rooting like hell for it to turn into a Dye/Bowden feud that sends the program into a fiery nosedive
