Folks, I have 2 superb tickets to the bowl game. Roughly 50 yard line. I think it’s section 112. Row Y. Seats 21&22. Looks like circumstances make it so that I cannot go. I paid $620 total but would be willing to give someone a great deal.

It hurts worse because we had them beat. Even after the decision to put in a guy with 3 receptions for 24 yards to field the punt in the crucial last minutes of the biggest game of the year, at Jordan Hare. Even after the muff, we had them beat. Our boys played a great game and the coaches for the most part, called a great game. What an unbelievable collapse. Snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. Epic collapse.

I’d like to get a straight answer on why Koy Moore was fielding a crucial punt. Then it’s first and goal from the six and we stand tall! Letting them convert on fourth and 31 is so ridiculously unacceptable. The same team that got their asses handed to them for 60 straight minutes last Saturday at home to New Mexico State, had Alabama right where they wanted them. What a great game until the end. I am sick.

Playing so well and then that……boys playing their hearts out. Worst 40 seconds of football I’ve ever seen. Worst defensive play I have ever seen.

Hard to win when Bama OLine grabs shoulder pads with both clenched fists and no call but we block a player on the side and it’s 10 yards.

A spy would be a good idea

They are a better, more physical team than we are. Better playcalling, better in all phases. They just are. We were completely unprepared for this team.

Hey, so you see how they doing quick passes? Maybe we could do that.
Never. Apparently the answer is never.

We all are. I get it. Just trade that shotgun into something with a little more precision. The play calling is fine. The receivers are letting their QB down big time.
I got a last minute project handed to me, so I'm working, I’m catching bits and pieces. I see first down, then I blink and we are punting. I definitely missed the passing creativity. Saw Fair catch one for zero, then catch one for negative five, made my play-calling insult prematurely. Surprised (to be corrected and told that) we are mixing it up. Done with project, looking forward to the second half. Montgomery has turned in ridiculous offenses in the not-too-distant past. Absurd yardage, major accolades and awards. Which makes things even more frustrating

Why do our guys always stop before the sticks ?
Always. Part of the frustration with play calling. But I’m insulted for bringing it up.

Do you have a head injury? Thorne has put the ball on the money three times, one of which would’ve been a TD, all of which would have been about 80+ yards in receptions and the WRs dropped it or jumped a year too early.
Just wait for softball season or something so you can comment on something you understand.
Just frustrated. The drops are adding to the frustration.

The plays are fine. You're being dramatic. 90 yards of receptions have been dropped
Yes we have dropped too many passes but this is bland, at best.

8 passes thrown. 18 yards and a pick six. Who in the world is calling these plays. Just watch FL and Arky throw for around 550, effortlessly. We have 18 yards. This is what the offense would look like if a non-football-player Dad got railroaded into coaching a first-year 1A Christian-school freshman team.

What?!? The 2QB system is working to perfection
You’re correct. It’s working exactly the way it always works.

Pick a damn QB and play football. Ray Charles can see that.

Still with the QB rotation. Still doing it!!! What will it take to convince these jackasses that it’s not working?

The stat lines make you wonder if we are in some kind of a nightmare. Geriner gets a stat and it’s 1 rush -9 yards. PT 5/8. 23 yards 0 TD 1 INT. Unbelievable
-
Talent is what it is but this playcalling is atrocious and embarrassing. Wow.

PT has FOUR yards passing for the half. Auburn with 26 passing yards for the half.

Didn't Judkins want to come here and we didn't offer? Or am I just making that up?
The word is that Harsin evaluated him, and didn’t feel he was up to par. We didn’t show any interest.

Every single one of us watching this football game knew that despite burning a time out, we were not going to get the yard. We cannot get one yard when we need it. We haven’t been able to all year.

Had the whole day to myself, watched a bunch of great games today, and both the winners and losers of all of those games had decent passing attacks. All of them. Guys could get open, creative playcalling. Having to watch this whatever you call it, is heartbreaking. Can’t nobody get open, no creativity, no exploiting any part of a bad defense, QB has zero field vision. OLine folds like wet toilet paper. RBs run for 0, 1, 2 yards. I think we could mix it up with the playcalling. So pedestrian. Oscar gets a hell of a workout.

No way, bro
2012 squad averaged 18.2 points per game. There are plenty of games left this year for us to lower our current average. Right now, taking out the 59 we scored against UMass but leaving in the 45 we scored on Samford we are averaging 19.8. It’s definitely doable. It’s that bad on offense. D ain’t bad at all and holding this LSU team well under their averages.

Even the Nick Marshall zone read option with Ashford with play action mixed in would be better than this putrid offense we have.
And it might be really really good. He’s the perfect QB to run that and our RBs are talented.

While I do not disagree, most of last year’s proven portal receivers didn’t see the field. I think this kid is just extremely athletic and has great hands.
