I'd only be disappoint at the type of game where "he who shall not be named" produced an embarrassing performance on the field and Auburn gave a win to a team trying to give it to Auburn. In a battle of competent foes, somebody has to lose. If AU just gets beat here in the 3rd game of an entirely new culture, I can live with that.

If Franklin messes around too long this week and doesn't make time for that zoom interview, this will slip through his fingers and he'll always wonder, "what if." Mmmmmm, soCal weather. Or another year of road salt and damp, bone chilling cold.

Predicting a couple big rushes by Nix to keep the chains moving. Maybe by design or maybe of necessity. Sure, stay in pocket when there's a pocket. But don't be a dummy and give up sequential sacks while the O is adjusting to the defensive scheme. PSU may be caught off guard by such a mobile QB (i.e., the extra RB to account for). Then, a threatened run pulls DBs off receivers to open up those long passes. PSU could get real frustrated real fast.

Awesome. The ESPN show talking nonstop about how OhiLow state is still glorious and will/should be in the playoff no matter how many losses - will be there. ESPN already has its SEC stars to market for playoffs. Auburn is a spoiler for them. They so struggle to hide their disdain. Thank goodness for audio from the AU Network, regardless of sync issues! I sure hope it is a stomp down.
