DKW 86 7,419
Kitty Litter was on Hardball tonight and it appears got cremed by Matthews. Anyone else see it? Chris Matthews had Kittly Litter Kelly on his show tonight, and he asked her some pretty tough questions, none of which she answered to his satisfaction. She seemed completely unprepared for the directness of Matthews' inquiries, and she hemmed and hawed her way through the interview. She seemed shell-shocked that Matthews would dare to ask her such questions.Chris said, he was "stunned" that in 700 pages, Kitty Litter doesn't have a single source who had first-hand knowledge of any of the accusations she levels at George W. and Laura Bush. He pretty much discredited her hack job on the president, and Matthews is a partisan Democrat. If you missed this, watch the replay later tonight on PMS/NBC. Didn't see it. Kitty Kelly is the Queen of the Unauthorized Autobiography. There's a reason for that and it's because this is her MO -- publish unsubstantiated rumors no matter how outlandish. Sources? What sources? What is surpising to me is why this is all so suprising right now. She is doing absolutely nothing new since she got her (unauthorized) biography of Nancy Reagan in print. Matthews and others should be expecting this kind of stunt from her by now.
WarTim 3,456
I saw it. Matthews asked for ONE source. JUST ONE. She could not provide one. NOT ONE. He then dismissed her.
