I'm as excited as I can be about our prospects, but I fear some have over-hyped this season and it will turn some people off. just to watch a team play with discipline and be competitive is good anything improvement over what we have seen previously is good for me. auburnphan 6,050 Posted September 25, 2014 Share Posted September 25, 2014 While, I have no expectations of Coach Pearl and his staff, I would be shocked if they don't find a way to make the NCAA field, a talented staff, bringing in fixes for many weaknesses and thsoe guys last opportunity to shine for the next level, equals better results. He creates matchup nightmares and takes full advantage of other teams weaknesses. I watched him take a UWM team that was worthy of D2 at best and make them a contender.
