I remember a few years ago we played Samford for homecoming and that game wasn't close at all. Hell yes I'd rather play Nebraska or OU. Homecoming is essentially a made up thing anyway that the average fan doesn't care about. Give me the competitive game over the cheap one every day. Also, the South is unique in scheduling weak homecoming games. The Big 12, Big 10, and Pac 12 mostly play conference games for homecoming. That's far cooler.
