They have probably run out of numbers. When everything shakes out and the red shirts are known, any drop outs or transfers and the numbers will be assigned. If you notice, there are several numbers with multiple players. There are also practice squad players listed with numbers. Those guys practice all week and some never get to play. They love AU & football.
