Of course he blames the "socialist" west for not solving a problem (he cares nothing about in the first place). And really, the Heritage Foundation praises Trump?! Going back even further, each Spanish territory was governed completely autonomously. And dealt with the indigenous people differently. Spend time in Lima vs Buenos Aires and you’ll notice the Peruvians look generally more Native American and the Argentines very European.
