Eagle5 46 Posted May 24, 2010 Share Posted May 24, 2010 The AU FCA Banquet at Cahaba Grand on 280. Hope to meet some of you who may be going (it's booked now I think). Why Eagle5? The main organizer for this event reads my blog stuff, and I guess what he sought was an "average" fan to introduce Coach Chizik. Actually, it will be a great honor. The FCA needs major replenishing of funds for Chette's FCA ministry (sign of the economic times), which does SO much to distinguish our program in terms of the bigger picture of life . . . not just W's and L's as important as those are. I'll be briefly sharing "Gene Chizik the man" as well as a tip of the hat to Jonna, the remarkable First Lady of Auburn football. Friends, trust me . . . we've got some OUTSTANDING "people" as coaches. Starting now, the winning comes, and look out when it's combined with the quality, spirituality, and depth of these coaches!
