It’s inevitable. Who you got?

I’d love it if we’d make a run at Coach Moore from NC State. Might be a long shot, but give him the opportunity to tell us no.

He is the first coach in history to advance three different teams to the NCAA Tournament at the Division I, II, and III level

Maybe he could make it four at AU...?

Yep, he’s been a winner every place he’s coached and I’d love to see him and Pearl build both of our basketball programs into national powerhouses.

I know almost nothing about who could be a reasonable shot for us....primarily just hear of Conn and USCe and Baylor among other top school but no idea of who might be an up and comer or now coaching at a school where he / she is under paid.    AU has the ability and history of paying "as needed" to get someone they want I think though I read elsewhere that salaries are influenced by what coaches are paid in the men's sports....so the more the men's football or men's basketball coach gets paid, the more someone like Flo get's paid...a Title IX thing perhaps?

https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/college/2015/02/23/women-college-coaches-title-9-ix/23917353/   Interesting piece...not current but if you look around the women's basketball lately, you can see what they are talking about.    https://www.forbes.com/sites/kimelsesser/2019/03/01/heres-why-womens-teams-are-coached-by-men/#1113b528b3f9

So if you have to pay the money you might as well get a good coach for it....male or female.

No matter who it is ( I want the absolute best possible candidate we can get to say yes of course) I just want the new coach to actually run a offense that is fun, up tempo and exciting that will appeal to recruits!!! Flo's offense is absolutely dreadful and one of the most boring things you will see at any sporting event regardless. SO SO SOOOOOOOO bad.
