I agree with you. I don’t think that I got my thoughts across like I should have. my point was that it really doesn’t make sense to fire everyone now, even with the favorable buyout. If we repeat the same season next year and recruiting falls apart...the buyouts will make it tempting to clean house. I think three seasons is a reasonable expectation to turn things around, I hope Freeze is the guy to get it done

The following things are true 1)yesterday’s loss was as bad as it gets... historically bad 2)This year has been up and down to say the least... we kind of suck 3)We are bowl eligible despite it all 4)Freeze has not done a good job of coaching this team 5)Freeze seems to be recruiting well 6)It’s to early to fire everyone

I think CHF’s buyout is pretty affordable compared to other HC contracts.. I could be wrong My Hope is that we will have a couple of great recruiting/portal cycles and we have an 8 win season next season and firings and buyouts won’t even be a discussion

The reality is that this year is a Mulligan for CHF.. If it’s this bad next season,he will be gone unless the next two recruiting cycles are top 5 to top 10 ... Then he may get another season
