I saw him play against Jacksonville St. two years in a row. In the first game, at JSU, Alcorn St. was down 42-0 at the half. In the second half McNair put on a show and almost pulled off the comeback. The next year the two teams played in Alcorn. McNair, who was nursing groin injury, came off the bench and led the braves to victory. I don't care if he played in FCS he would have been a stud in any league.

I saw McNair play in college and in addition to being mobile he was big and he was strong. So when you rushed you better make sure you had some friends coming with you.

Watching his highlights one thing I noticed he had that dear old dad didn't was a set of wheels.

I read where Matthews decommitted. I don't know high of a priority he was but not only did he do this less than a week before signing day but wenot on to say his top three now are Tennessee, and are you ready for these next two power houses? Purdue and Kansas. Two teams, especially Kansas, that haven't seen a winning season in forever. Matthews decision just baffles me.

With the QB's, WR"s and RB's he will have to work with, I think his philosophy will be to make every defense defend the entire field the whole game. JMO.

I don't want us to turn into the Mike Leach air raid but I would like to see us pass when we want to, not when we have to.

Looking at his highlights he looked so effortless runhinged he didn't look fast. I would bet he runs a sub 4.5

I was thinking the same thing while watching. I don't know if CCL was watching the game and taking notes but we will find out soon enough.

Was Tyler Taylor among the targets one campus this weekend. If so I hope his visit tipped the scale in Auburn's favor.

I was really glad when I read he was good at developing QB's. Lord knows we need one of those. It was getting frustrating for us to have great recruiters who couldn't do anything with the talent once they got them signed.

Good analysis, especially about rebounding. Sometimes it appears Auburn can't spell rebound, let alone do it. Hopefully, they will work the boards against the turds.

Yeah, Kentucky just has too m many horses that can stampede over us. Hopefully, they will be able to keep it respectable.
