  4. Oh yea.........frozen strawberries was my go to lol
  5. Not a wrestling fan, did watch 97-99............Met Undertaker in early 90's when we were in charge of Paul Moody's mother's funeral...........seemed like a nice guy...........in Moody's post wrestling career worked about 6 miles apart in south MS. for several years......Moody ak Palbearer was extremley kind R.I.P. Also used to workout at Gold's Gym in Mobile,AL., when Scott Bolton owned, who at the time was still driving his 80's camaro he purchased with his signing bonus from the Packers....if I remember correctly........ Any who, Bob Holly would work out when in town...........always come in around the time I was finishing cardio.........Bob knew my father in law at the time really well..........We would spot for one another and chat..........I would never ask him about wrestling............didnt have too as he shared many stories.........Sable's firing comes to mind lol. Bob either liked you or he didn't.....extremely tell it like it is kind of guy.......Bob was the only person I knew that lost 10lbs on camera lol.......At the time I was 6'5 240...........Bob was a beast in person......literally eat every 4 hours 24-6...........day 7 was cheat day. Sorry if I hijacked just wanted to share?
  6. Hate you lost your 6.5 to power outage...........Indeed that's fine eating fish.........Lots of action when they cozy up to submerged timber?
  7. Been bass fishing since I was 10yrs old and I have never tried bass lol.........I know that sounds strange. I have eaten many types of saltwater fish and freshwater catfish, blue gill, bream........never bass lol... I have a friend that has an 8.5 acre pond.......years ago I would help him with selective harvesting. He kept that pond well maintained. Very seldom would you catch a bass under 2.5 lbs and quite often catch 3-6lb bass. Loads of fun.
  8. When I was in my late teens I had an 8lb 11oz and a 7lb 2oz mounted.........lost both in hurricane Katrina. With cameras so readily available I release all bass I catch.......... Got a late start this year for bass as January and February are my favorite big bass months.... I cant stay long as I would like........my mind is up for it......back wont allow it..........very thankful for the time I do spend?
  9. Nothing gives a better appreciation for nature than a good fishing trip. Here's to catching a limit
  10. Very nice............At 6'5 320 belly boats, bass hunters and kayaks waved bye bye several years back.......If not for the cronic nerve pain Ive suffered for past 25yrs(manageable till 2008) always wanted to try kayak fishing.
  11. Second reel I purchased was a Team Daiwa baitcast reel 1984..........back then Bass Pro Shops had C.O.D............was 40 bucks short but dad carried me lol Last bass reels I purchased were 2 Shimano 200e7's and a Shimano ej 301........ej is a little overkill for bass so I use it for pig n jig ,frog and swimbaits.
  12. Buisness in the front...........Party in the back 80's hair lol.
  13. Literally give me chills lol............thanks
  14. Fished an old grass farm pond when I was 12.............If I had a dollar for every cotton mouth I stepped on ewwwwwww...........Was just blessed never bitten as the wet ground and waist high grass leading to 3acre pond was their home........I too have dreams still of stepping on many wearing me red ball chest waders.
  15. Diamond Dave, Dangerfield and Pee Wee...............love it...........backstage Jonny Carson 1984??

    THE ASYLUM

Message board a holes out there have no class. Remember at away games when you would see a fellow Tiger, it was "WAR EAGLE" with a smile.(Pre-message board). There is a generation of board lurkers that may never experience that. Too many morons trying to measure sucess based on what their bammer buddies tell them.
  18. Fish you may have already seen this one. Short film 8-1/2 minute documentary was created with archival footage from that amazing 1972 Auburn Season. http://www.theamazinsmovie.com/doc.html Thank you so much for posting!!
  19. AUpops thanks I could literally read these posts all day. I was raised by parents born in the late 20's and early 30's. My parents were from the old school and would talk about times had changed. As a teen in 1983, most went over my head. As a soon to be 43 yr old in 2010, if they were alive today, I would tell them just how right they were in so many ways, about so many things. I would love to have a time machine and go back and visit....
