At Ole Miss, Hugh was a recruiting machine. In person, over the phone, whatever. He never stopped looking for the next prospect. He was a talent evaluator bar none. He could take a 3-star most wouldn't give a second look and get a 5-star performance out of them. And that's just the hookers. He also beat Saban twice!

Very interesting about colleges being literal 'poster children' for oligarchies, lol. I had never thought about it that way. In fact, I recall Noam Chomsky saying that a collegiate academic department is the closest thing to (pro-social) anarchy in the modern world. Talk about a different viewpoint!
