Your don't. I would guess that "he couldn't qualify at Auburn" is a flat out lie to save face for the fact that he isn't coming.

No one has been able to give one good reason why this would be a great hire.

It's great if Freeze and staff are out recruiting like crazy, but if I am a player I would want to know who my coordinator is going to be. No way am I committing to or even considering a school without knowing that answer. Do these coaches have the balls to tell a kid they just have to wait and see? Auburn is in no position whatsoever to tell this to recruits/transfers. Just my opinion.

I need someone to sell me on Zach Arnett. The cowbells have never been top 50 in scoring defense under him I believe. How would this guy be a remotely good hire? I'm clearly missing something.
