  1. Not sure if u been watching but Auburn hasn’t run that offense since the 2019 run. To me thats actually what’s missing. The Bruceball is what allowed them to go far in the tournament. In addition that’s the biggest reason KY beat MSU . The were in fire from three. To me MSU defense isn’t as good like previous years. There will be plenty of opportunities
  2. Sounds like Auburn will be favored between 6-8 points. With Broome it was double digits. The Jungle should be rocking and energize the team.
  3. I didn’t think that at all. There aren’t any ramifications. To me the rankings are more for the fans.
  4. I stated last week that Auburn doesn’t have a true point guard but the guards overall are better. Maybe the team relys on the three ball more. I guess we will find out tomorrow what CBP has cooked up. Hopefully we get a good whistle. Maybe TP attacks the rim more
  5. Great points. Just using 2019 which is worn out adnauseum. U could lose a few bigs and be effective. U had a lot of athletic guys on that team who could get u boards .
  6. That’s the million dollar question. Auburn doesn’t play like that any more. I wonder why. When the threes are falling u are never out of the game. They also can break a game wide open
  7. I just wonder why CBP offensively philosophy changed. Maybe it’s based on personnel. Alabama has adopted CBP 2019 offense and is living and dying by it.
  8. I am with u on that. Hopefully he can get whistles when attacking the rim.
  9. Oh my bad and good idea lol
  10. If Auburn can replicate what Kentucky did from 3 they should be fine . Auburn defense is better than KY. The rebounding is what it is. . Lastly Card must stay out of foul trouble
  11. CMO is an effort guy. Any points he adds is a plus. Ideally Auburn might have to live with teams daring him to take shots. He will need to smart about it and don’t fall into the trap. I believe CJ was recently lured into that trap
  12. U said MSU is very good which would put them in the company of Iowa State and Duke. Kentucky hitting threes like that indicates MSU defense isn’t as good like previous years. Without the suspect calls they would have lost by double digits . We will see how it plays out on Tuesday.
  13. I stand by my statement. I wouldn’t put them in the very good category like Duke and Iowa State. Even with home cooking they still loss to a team they were picked to win against. They can score but they aren’t great defensively. Auburn will be ready to defend home court.
  14. I am hoping Auburn goes 4-1 based on Broome being out 5 games. Auburn doesn’t have the depth like in years past. Auburn has a major issue in the rebounding department. Once Card is out Auburn is in the hurt box. U can be positive and also acknowledge what ur eyes see. It’s interesting people don’t want to acknowledge the pros and cons but when the team doesn’t perform as well in the big dance people wonder why. Over the last few years we have experienced it all. Auburn has had a generational player. Auburn has been undefeated. Auburn has been #1. Guess what Auburn hasn’t had a long tourney run in a while and that’s what most people remember. To date on this board everything is still measured by the 2019 teams run.
  15. I think that’s probably why Broome isn’t grading well in the NBA. Bigs are able to out the ball on the floor and get to the goal. He is fine on the block but take him away from the goal and people get by him pretty easy. Oh well . Auburn got the win. Wishing Broome a speedy recovery and hoping for a win on Tuesday
