Happy to have the win! Proud of the fight and attitude of the team. I’m most disappointed in the fumbles/ball protection issues which are fixable. Play calling was not ideal but I believe this staff will figure it out. I like Robby but would like to see Geriner as QB 2. Have seen glimpses of good play from Thorne but agree with many on here that the ability to get in rhythm was stifled by the QB swapping at odd times. WRs need to do a better job of getting open. A work in progress but not going to panic. Great job by the defense! WDE

Ok, first of all don’t these guys have play books to be studying! They need to spend less time porning and more time doing…anything else! Was not aware of ALL the tawdry details! 😳 As long as the adults are consenting/no one is being coerced than it is none of my business what they do in private but 100% agree that it is unwise (stupid) to film it. Zero good is going to happen from that and as we can see a LOT can go wrong. I’m pretty much in agreement on most things in your post. As the facts continue to come out I guess we’ll see how it all shakes out.

Thanks for the additional info. Was not aware of the tag teaming part. Also was not up to speed on the other player involved. So, I have no idea what to think about any of this. If she wasn’t the one who actually posted this stuff then I feel terrible for her. I also hope that Jarquez and Wooden weren’t involved in anything sketchy..and perhaps they weren’t? I’m holding any opinions until the facts come out. Don’t want to assume the worst of anyone.

Late to this drama but from what little I’ve read is the basic situation: Jarquez and a girlfriend filmed consensual personal “interactions” She thought he cheated on him so posted the video to punish him/hurt his career? If someone can correct me if I’m wrong it is appreciated. That said, while it seems “if” that is what happened he did nothing wrong other than making a questionable call on filming something that could potentially cost him money/embarrass him and perhaps his choice of a woman who is cool with posting revenge porn? I must be missing some context here??

So awful!! My prayers and condolences to all the family and friends of those killed and injured in such a horrific accident.

Your point is taken but I like to factor in a kids composure under those circumstances. Not just because it was Bama, but it was a huge game on a national stage. I thought he did well. Just my opinion. WDE
