He wrongly thought he didn't have to. But they weren't laying around for anyone to see like in the Biden case. Trump's position should have been decided in the courts, not by the FBI with CNN advised of the pending raid ahead of time.

And how long had the documents been scattered unprotected on his garage floor for anyone to see before Biden self reported? In contrast, the documents Trump had were in cabinets and boxes behind the gates of Mar Largo where they were visible to Secret Service personnel. Bottom line to it all as I understand it all form listening to legal experts.........Biden could be charged with criminal violation of classified documents laws whereas Trump is likely only guilty of obstruction of justice. But caveat emptor.....I'm not a lawyer.

The Tigers finally ended the losing streak to Nate Oats and the Crimson Tide, taking down Alabama 99-81 in blowout fashion. One of the reasons Auburn was able to beat an excellent Alabama team was thanks to a rowdy environment in Neville Arena. The sound was ear-piercing, making it hard for Alabama to make their three-point shots and take care of the basketball. Jimmy Dykes who was calling the game was incredibly impressed with the atmosphere in Neville Arena. He, of course, has called games many times in Neville Arena and other areas across the SEC and all of college basketball. Dykes has been all over, so you know his opinion means a lot when it comes to ranking atmospheres. He had this to say about Neville Arena after last night's win over Alabama, "16 hours later... my ears are still ringing. The @AUJungle is just different than any other student section in CBB. Not a tougher environment in all of CBB right now." That is some high praise from an analyst who has called games in some of the most historic venues in college basketball. Auburn won this game thanks to incredible play from Jaylin Williams and Johni Broome, who combined to score 50 points. The narrative of "Auburn can't win Quad 1 games" is now dead, as the Tiger's last two wins were both Quad 1 victories. How can anyone say the Trump case is worse than Biden's? Not defending Trump but at least in his case the documents were neatly stored and under the watch of Secret Service. Biden's documents were strewn all over the floor of his garage and anyone could see them. It's also interesting that a big deal was made of the raid on Trump with CNN even there to cover it live. Why didn't Biden get the same? We never saw all those documents in the garage until they were released in the Hur report. Where was CNN in this case?

I love my country and I am not a big fan of Donald Trump. But Trump is not my country's President. Everyone can decide in November who they want as President for the next four years. Tonight I am very concerned about our country's current POTUS. I pray for him. I also love my family and worry what my country will be for my grandchildren. I honestly don't see how anyone can read the Hurr report and Biden's response in his address to the nation tonight and not be gravely concerned with his mental state. I will add that I don't believe that at this point in time he is really running the "show." I think he is just a puppet that others are trying to control. I also think if there was someone besides Kamala Harris as VP that the Dem powers that be would convince Biden to resign now. download.svg

This is really scary to realize Biden is our POTUS and CIC in these troublesome times. It looks like we may be facing two flawed POTUS candidates in November.
